By downloading, installing, or using Dice Fort ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Description of Service

Dice Fort is a mobile dice roguelike game with idle base building, turn-based combat, and meta-progression. The app is free to play and supported by optional advertisements.

User Conduct

You agree to use the app only for its intended purpose of personal entertainment. You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or tamper with the app or its data
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose

Advertisements

The app displays optional advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Watching an ad may reward you with bonus resources, rerolls, or a revive during a run. Ad content is managed by Google and subject to Google's advertising policies.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and assets in Dice Fort are owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the app without our written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the app at any time, for any reason, without notice.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
